T58 Tilburg

Project

This project on the T58 business park in Tilburg comprises a small logistics hall of approximately 2,300 m² with 765 m² of office space over two floors.

The design changed frequently during the process: from one hall with two separate offices, to a divisible hall, to the design that has now been realised.

One of the largest space optimisations was moving the loading/unloading zone under the building. This freed up the site for landscaping and other traffic flows, and maximised the built footprint within the zoning plan.

Scope of work

The commission covered developing this design through to the UO phase and aesthetic supervision of the project. That responsibility sat with me as designer/architect on the project and a fellow project manager.

My role was coordinating the design and modelling side of the project. I also joined meetings with the client and the construction team.
